Co-OwnerWe’ve been operating one of ABLE’s NPS coaches since 2021 and we couldn’t be more impressed with the build quality and process by ABLE.
We wanted a specific build to run our luxury small group tours. There was never an issue discussing new ideas with the team who worked through our options including purpose built seats made in BNE, suspension components, luggage compartments and slides we needed for the rugged areas we travelled. We’ve operated the vehicle now since late 2021 doing tours from Cairns to Cape York including sections of the Old Tele track and crossing the Simpson Desert, we’ve never had an issue with the build.
If you need something that’ll handle the rough conditions and do it with a level of comfort then you should consider one of these bodies.

January 2020 – October 2023ABLE were contracted to provide an initial quantity of 40 Medium 4×4 troop carrying vehicles for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). The vehicles were to be manufactured in Australia and were provided to the ADF on time and on budget. The vehicles were designed to and agreed specification by ABLE and were of a very high standard which directly contributed to ability to safely move troops into and over adverse terrain in Australia. Through the contract, ABLE was able to deliver a high-quality asset which resulted in a capability enhancement which will remain as baseline requirement for the ADF over the next 3 decades. It was my absolute pleasure to work with the team at ABLE, and I highly recommend them.
